Privacy Policy

Information we collect

Information you give us directly: when you fill out our contact or quote form we receive your name, email, business name, phone number and business website if you choose to share them, whether your business is registered in the US and in which state, the systems you want to connect, what kind of business you run and how you answer your calls today, your message, and how you found us. When you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we keep that correspondence.

Voice demos: when you call our demo receptionist or talk to her from your browser, the conversation is recorded and transcribed so we can hold the conversation, review its quality and follow up if you leave your details. Your microphone is used only while the browser demo is active, and only after you allow it. The audio is processed by our voice technology provider on our behalf. If you type a business name in the voice sample on our receptionist page, that text is sent to the same provider only to generate the audio; it is not linked to you unless you later leave your details.

Information collected automatically: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) used for security and troubleshooting.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel on conectastack.com. These tools set cookies and collect usage data (pages visited, device and browser, approximate location, and how you reached the site) so we can measure how the site and our ad campaigns perform, and so we can show our ads on Google and Meta platforms to people who visited the site.

If you submit our contact form, the Meta Pixel may also send Meta a hashed (one-way encrypted) version of contact details you typed, such as your name, email, phone and location, so that conversions can be attributed to our ads. Meta does not receive this information in plain text.

You can opt out at any time: block cookies in your browser, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), or adjust your ad preferences on Google (adssettings.google.com) and Meta (facebook.com/adpreferences). The site works fine without these cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, prepare your quote, deliver and support the services you hire, send invoices, keep our books, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. Google and Meta receive usage data only as described in the analytics section above, and no other third party receives your information for its own advertising.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. Your card or bank details go directly to Stripe: we never see or store full card numbers. Stripe's handling of your data is described in its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

When we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (payment processing, customer relationship management, email and hosting), under agreements that limit what they can do with it; when the law requires it; or as part of a business transfer, in which case this policy continues to apply.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to hello@conectastack.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep risks low and to limit access to those who need it.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not direct them to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
