Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of conectastack.com and describe how our services work. The site is operated by Conecta Stack, a brand of Coastal Insight Consulting, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (7901 4th St N, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA). By using the site you accept these terms.
Our services
Conecta Stack builds integrations between business systems (websites, CRMs, accounting, stores and similar platforms). The content of this site is informational: each project is governed by the written proposal and service agreement you sign with us. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement wins.
Quotes and pricing
We quote a flat amount before work begins, and that is the amount you pay for the project described in the quote. Each quote states its own validity period. Work outside the quoted scope is quoted separately before it starts.
Payment
We bill by invoice. Unless your service agreement says otherwise, projects are paid 50% when the contract is signed and 50% upon delivery. The optional annual review is invoiced separately, once per year, only if you request it. Invoices are payable by the methods stated on the invoice, including card and bank transfer through our payment provider, Stripe.
Guarantee
Delivered integrations include one year of guaranteed work, as described in your service agreement.
Ownership of deliverables
What we build for you is yours. Code, repositories and documentation are transferred to you as set out in your service agreement, and you can continue with any team you choose.
Third-party systems
Integrations connect platforms that you license directly from their vendors (for example your CRM, accounting software or store). Those platforms belong to their vendors: their pricing, availability, terms and future changes to their services are outside our control.
Acceptable use of the site
Do not use the site or its forms to send spam, false information or automated bulk requests, and do not attempt to interfere with the site's operation.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind about its content or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Coastal Insight Consulting, LLC arising from the use of this site or from a service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
